Job Summary

This role provides high-level administrative support to senior management, encompassing a range of tasks including data entry, filing, and office supply management. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing complex calendars, arranging domestic and international travel, and coordinating work within and outside the company.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Provide administrative support to a team or department, including tasks such as data entry, filing, and managing office supplies.
  2. Manage and oversee complex calendars for senior management, ensuring efficient time management and prioritizing important meetings.
  3. Assist with domestic and international travel arrangements for senior leadership, ensuring smooth logistics.
  4. Coordinate work within the work unit and with other work units/departments, both internal and external to the company.
  5. Produce detailed reports, documents, and presentations as required, often involving data analysis or research.
  6. Maintain confidentiality at all times, upholding the company's data protection and privacy policies.
  7. Take initiative in anticipating needs and proactively offering solutions, demonstrating a proactive approach to administrative support.
  8. Ensure compliance with global process standards and actively participate in continuous improvement initiatives within the department.
  9. Provide guidance, mentoring, and training to individual contributors in lower-level roles, and contribute to their growth in the organization.
Education & Experience

Typically requires a High School Diploma/General Education Diploma (GED)/Higher Secondary education or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence. 6-8 years of related work experience, preferably in senior/advanced general administrative support, office services, or a related field.
