Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the AS department and report to an AS Cluster Lead to offer support to our external clients.
- Provide application support and implementation advice following Alight's best practices.
- Conduct system tests to ensure compliance with specifications.
- Document technical and functional issues.
- Prioritize daily tasks and project deadlines, ensuring timely delivery.
- Regularly update the team/project manager on progress.
- Maintain communication channels effectively.
- Understand HR processes and SAP HR architecture.
- Adhere to project timelines for successful implementation.
Requirements
- Business or Technical Bachelor's/Master's degree or equivalent.
- Experience in SAP HCM application implementation.
- Participation in 3+ project rollouts.
- Passion for delivering top-notch support in HR.
- Service-oriented with a client-focused mindset.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Proficiency in German payroll.
- Knowledge of Austrian and Swiss payroll is a plus.
- Proficiency in German language is highly desirable.
