About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Payroll Implementation Consultant to join our team in the DACH region. As a key member of our AS department, you will be responsible for supporting our outsourced clients with application support and implementation consultancy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert advice and guidance on application support and implementation consultancy.
  • Design and implement easy-to-maintain, error-free implementations and customizations that respect Strada best practices.
  • Operate system tests using provided or self-generated test data to ensure applications/developments meet agreed specifications.
  • Document technical and functional issues handled.
  • Manage personal daily priorities and support project priorities to ensure deadlines are met.
  • Regularly report on status and progress to the Team/Project Manager.
  • Maintain internal and external contact and communication channels at an appropriate level.
  • Communicate status, resolution, and root cause of assigned issues.
  • Understand general flows in HR and the SAP HR architecture.
  • Respect project timelines and ensure proper delivery of assigned work package implementations.
Requirements
  • Bachelor or Master degree with a Business or Technical emphasis, or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in SAP HCM application implementation.
  • Participation in 3+ project rollouts.
  • Strong interest in delivering high-quality support and implementation in the field of Human Resources.
  • Service-oriented with a strong client focus and sense of accountability.
  • Commitment to the customer, the team, and the project.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Solid verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Discretion and ability to respect the confidentiality of information.
  • German payroll knowledge.
  • Austrian and Swiss payroll knowledge is a plus.
  • German language is very valuable.
