Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Payroll Implementation Consultant to join our team at Alight Solutions. As a key member of our payroll team, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and guidance on payroll implementation and support.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Payroll Implementation and Support: Provide application support and implementation consultancy through advice, guidance, and technical activities to ensure seamless payroll operations.
  2. Implementation Quality: Generate easy-to-maintain error-free implementations and customize respecting Strada best practices to ensure high-quality payroll solutions.
  3. Testing and Quality Assurance: Operate required system tests using provided or self-generated test data to ensure payroll applications meet agreed specifications.
  4. Documentation and Communication: Provide documentation on issues handled and communicate status, resolution, and root cause of assigned issues to stakeholders.
  5. Project Management: Manage personal daily priorities and support project priorities to ensure deadlines are met and project timelines respected.
  6. Reporting and Communication: Regularly report on status and progress to the Team/Project Manager and maintain internal and external contact and communication channels at an appropriate level.
Requirements
  1. Education and Experience: Bachelor or Master degree with a Business or Technical emphasis, or equivalent, and previous experience in SAP HCM application implementation.
  2. Project Rollouts: Be part of 3+ project rollouts and have a strong interest in delivering high-quality support and implementation in the field of Human Resource.
  3. Skills and Qualifications: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, solid verbal and written communication skills in English, discretion, and ability to respect the confidentiality of information.
  4. Language and Culture: Spanish payroll knowledge and commitment to the customer, the team, and the project.
