Job responsibilities:

  • You will collaborate with leadership, communities and recruiting operations to ensure a smooth flow of interviewers and proactive problem solving where necessary
  • You will use data and insights to improve your productivity and influence your immediate stakeholders in decision making
  • You will act as a Thoughtworks ambassador and create a meaningful experience by leveraging content and resources that are on brand
  • You will help others grow their careers by providing guidance and sharing your skills and expertise

Job qualifications:

Technical Skills:

  • You have endtoend recruiting experience in a fastpaced environment
  • You have topnothc sourcing skills with platforms like LinkedIn and you understand the importance of a strong individual sourcing plan backed up with data
  • You can successfully manage relationships between multiple business groups including hiring teams and business partners
  • You can think analytically, read data, draw insights and propose improvements to the team
  • You understand talent market trends and confidently conduct analysis of the recruitment landscape
  • You regularly use your understanding of business and market to influence and drive recruitment decisions

Professional Skills:

  • You have experience hiring for Tech, Operations and Sales roles on a competitive environment
  • You take pride in your work and how you recruit; you have a high level of accountability and have been responsible for making hires to help your team meet hiring targets
  • You enjoy pairing and collaboration and have a team first mentality
  • You love to learn and aren't afraid to try new things; mistakes to you are a learning opportunity, not a sign of failure
  • You cultivate meaningful, longlasting relationships with your stakeholders
  • You're resilient in ambiguous situations and can approach challenges from multiple perspectives
