As the
Head of IT & Data for the Operations & Manufacturing area, you will be accountable for the annual strategic portfolio of projects and products including all cross-functional implications and dependencies.
What will be your challenges?
- Establish a Digital & Automation strategy for Operations Capabilities with focus on maximising business value from technology investments.
- Contribute to the design of the global products and standards, and implementing those in Iberia.
- Establish, manage and deliver strategic portfolio.
- Accountability for the Topline IT OPEX and CAPEX forecasts and landing.
- Build external relationships and networks to represent Danone externally, enhance Danone's reputation, identify breakthrough/tech innovations and stimulate the business with ideas and talent from outside.
- Drive Agile transformation of Commercial IT domain towards a product organization.
- Set up and delivery of KPIs for portfolio and services in agreement with local stakeholders, global functions, and strategic vendors.
- Quality of the IT Products & Services delivered by the local and global teams.
To be successful in this role we believe that it is positive to have:
- Substantial experience in both IT and in the field of Operations and Manufacturing.
- Demonstrable experience in IT delivery with some experience in FMCG/Retail space preferable.
- A proven track record of managing senior stakeholders.
- Experience leading Agile/Product teams with strong design thinking capabilities.
- Good understanding of Operations KPIs and what a great consumer experience looks like.
- Proven record of delivering growth ROI through the implementation and execution of technology.
- Ability to lead beyond own function as a business leader, taking responsibility for delivering performance, results, and culture across the business.
- Delivers business performance through bestinclass management of functional area.
- Authentic people leadership across large xfunctional, diverse teams to deliver company goals.
