Funciones:
Reportando a tu responsable, tus tareas serán:
  • Atención al cliente:Asesorar al cliente con el objetivo de cubrir sus necesidadesCrear una relación de confianzaRecepción y emisión de llamadasSeguimiento del cliente de forma personalizadaGestión de solicitudes de nuevos clientesSolucionar dudas y preguntas que surjan antes y durante su estanciaResolución de incidencias
  • Conocimiento de los inmuebles:Gestión de la buena imagen de las villasCoordinación del equipo de limpiezaControl de llegadas y salidasApoyo puntual de los check in
    Requisitos mínimos:
  • Experiência mínima de un año en puestos comerciales o atención al cliente
  • Gestión de CRM y PMS
  • Manejo de herramientas ofimáticas
  • Habilidades comunicativas para la atención al personal
  • Nível educativo mínimo: FPII, Grado o similar
  • Fluidez oral y escrita en español e inglés (B2)
  • Carnet de conducir (B) y coche propioTipo de puesto: Jornada completa, Contrato temporalDuración del contrato: 6 mesesSueldo: 1.200,00€
