Amazon is looking for a proactive, results-oriented Planning Product Manager to join the Grocery Partnerships EU PM team, to be based out of London, Paris, Madrid, Milan or Munich.

The person will play a critical role in the growth and customer satisfaction of our Grocery Partnerships business (major local grocery players offering their selection to Amazon customers) for IT & ES, ensuring the best Customer Experience.

This is a unique opportunity to play a key role in an exciting and groundbreaking initiative at Amazon.

Key job responsibilities

  • Own the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) weekly process for the whole network of stores in our IT & ES locales
  • Monitor CX KPIs during weekly/monthly/quarterly business reviews to ensure we delight customers
  • Create tools and simplify processes to achieve business and efficiency goals
  • Deep dive on complex problems and elaborate bright, actionable and scalable solutions
  • Be a data owner by creating, updating and improving queries and provide analytics support when needed
  • Identify opportunities to scale and offshore manual processes
  • Support our selling partners in IT&ES in rollouting tech projects
