Job Description:

Summary of the Position:


The Promotion Manager will be responsible for creating and leading the promotional strategy in the LatAm market for all Evolution Group products and new releases, working in very close collaboration with the Commercial and Marketing departments.

The role will be goal driven and target-oriented, with continual review and analysis of the campaigns so to hit the highly ambitious growth goals.


Main Responsibilities**:

  • Be the main point of contact for promotion needs in the LatAm division within Evolution, duties such as but not limited to creating and executing promotion campaigns, reviewing their performance and players' traction to ensure promotions effectiveness and success
  • Incite and aid Evolution partners in running promotional campaigns on Evolution games
  • Be the expert on promotions, demonstrate a deep understanding of CRM best practices and understanding of the end user
  • Market intelligence be the expert not only on Evolution campaigns but also on competitors' activities and most successful practices in the LatAm market
  • Rate Evolution partners according to their engagement in promotions on our games and prepare general recommendations for maximum success
  • Set up the strategy and planning of promotions in conjunction with the Commercial and Marketing departments for all Evolution games, Slots, Live and Table Games alike
  • Create and prepare campaigns' terms and conditions and ensure they are within the budgetary allowance and legal boundaries according to the market regulations
  • Responsible for continuous reviewing, analysis and optimisation of the promotions, to ensure campaigns' success and ROI against KPIs
  • Work in close collaboration with Marketing to ensure all promotional materials and tasks are delivered in time
  • Provide insights and guidance to ensure the Commercial team has the required tools and features to execute promotions to the highest standard
  • Any other adhoc duties that may be required.

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in a similar role managing the promotion/CRM strategy in Igaming industry.
  • Native Spanish speaker
  • Marketing/Business degree preferred
  • Strong analytical skills, data and target driven
  • Good presentation and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and adhere to deadlines
  • Selfmotivation, enthusiasm and initiative
