AXA Partners - Helpdesk Technician

AXA Partners aims to be AXA Group's preferred network and service company as the founding entity of AXA Partners. A key role in this transformation is the Helpdesk Technician responsible for supporting and maintaining workplace services for all entities in the region.

The role involves collaborating with various departments to ensure workplace solutions align with best practices, group standards, and security guidelines. Key responsibilities include:

  • Manage and troubleshoot incidents and service requests
  • Provide technical assistance to employees, including VIP at C-Level
  • Troubleshoot technical issues on-site and remotely
  • Diagnose issues with software, hardware, and company-specific solutions
  • Offer basic computer training
  • Escalate unresolved cases
  • Deliver and maintain IT equipment
  • Route problems to correct resources
  • Follow up with customers for issue resolution
  • Maintain technical documentation and procedures

The Helpdesk Technician will monitor service operations to ensure alignment with business needs and collaborate with internal and external teams. Key Metrics:

  • Estimated users to support
  • Workplace services landscape
  • Key Responsibilities:

1) Operate and maintain workplace platforms and services

  • Provide technical support and assistance
  • Optimize BAU activities
  • Follow policies and best practices
  • Ensure IT services meet standards
  • Maintain quality of service
  • Manage external partners

2) Be part of the regional IT community

  • Develop best practices
  • Participate in training sessions
  • Collaborate with IT teams
  • Cooperate with Global IT Operations
  • Partnership with other departments
  • Collaborate with Security Office

Your Profile:

  • Technical Skills and Experience
  • Proven experience in helpdesk support
  • Knowledge of diverse hardware and software platforms
  • Infrastructure and IT security knowledge
  • Experience with ITIL organization and Agile mindset
  • Soft Skills
  • Collaborative, customer service-oriented
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks
  • Business acumen and continual improvement mindset
  • Fluency in English and Spanish
