We're currently on the hunt for a GM - People, Culture & Performance to take the reins of our high performing people team This is a prominent role (reports into our CEO) that has a seat at the table with our Executive team, oversees a team of 30+ and has potential to grow into a global role.

In this role you'll
Have overall responsibility for strategic leadership of our Australian PC&P function
Drive business direction on workforce planning, people governance, compliance, payroll, talent acquisition, L&D

Lead four direct reports:
National TA Manager, Payroll Manager, National L&D Manager, National HR Manager
Lead and execute our National People Strategy, change management, capability and performance, support with business planning and strategy and help drive a performance-oriented culture
Ideal person
Relevant experience in a comparable role with a proven track record in building and retaining capability in a people service focused team
Strong casual workforce management experience across complex organisations - highly regarded
You're polished, driven, collaborative and maintain a solutions focussed mindset
Able to effectively influence and collaborate with senior stakeholders
Degree qualified (preferred)
