• Lead and maintain the agreed communications department merchandising standards.
• Ensure all Communications Department activities meet compliance and legislative standards, with an emphasis on Safety, including in-store process and incident reporting.

You must have proven retail experience and a broad knowledge of Telco. Proven customer service experience and background in cash handling, including the use of EFTPOS facilities, and the ability to sell retail products and merchandise.
