Importante empresa en el sector bebidas, busca a su proximo Brand Manager Jr para que de soporte al equipo de Marketing.

RESPONSABILIDADES

Estrategia y Planificación de Marketing:

  • Participar en la formulación estratégica de iniciativas dirigidas al consumidor, aportando ideas y conocimientos para el desarrollo de planes de marketing efectivos.
  • Coordinar con todas las partes involucradas para garantizar una ejecución oportuna y adecuada de las estrategias

Iniciativas para el Consumidor:

  • Encargarse de la implementación de iniciativas dirigidas al consumidor con un alto grado de autonomía, asegurando su correcta ejecución.
  • Trabajar en estrecha colaboración con el equipo de Ventas y Trade para llevar a cabo las iniciativas en el canal HORECA

Promociones:

  • Brindar apoyo en el diseño, planificación, desarrollo y seguimiento de promociones a nível nacional o local, tanto para consumidores como para el mercado comercial (lotes para fiestas, eventos de imagen en ciudades clave, festivales, promociones específicas para zonas geográficas, entre otras).

Digital:

  • Colaborar con los responsables del área digital para garantizar una comunicación efectiva de las iniciativas en los canales digitales de la marca.
  • Poseer conocimientos sobre medios y herramientas digitales para contribuir al desarrollo y optimización del mix de medios en línea

Control Presupuestario:

  • Responsabilizarse del control presupuestario de las iniciativas a su cargo, garantizando el uso eficiente de los recursos asignados.

Relaciones y Coordinación:

  • Establecer relaciones constructivas con el equipo de Ventas, Trade Marketing, Distribuidores, Proveedores y departamentos administrativos.
  • Coordinar y gestionar prioridades y objetivos con agencias externas

Reportes:

  • Preparar informes semanales sobre las acciones realizadas y presentarlos a su superior inmediato.
  • Mantener una comunicación constante con el equipo de su marca asignada para asegurar una visión integral y multicanal de los contenidos dirigidos al consumidor

Requisitos:

  • Titulación Universitaria en Marketing, Publicidad, Comunicación o ADE.
  • Experiência mínima de 2 a 3 años en Departamento de Marketing en puesto similar.
  • Manejo de Office 36
  • Manejo de Salesforce.
  • Conocimiento del sector.
  • Inglés alto.
