  • Colaborar con los equipos técnicos y stakeholders para definir los requisitos del proyecto, incluyendo cableado estructurado, redes wifi, fibra óptica y otros elementos de infraestructura de telecomunicaciones.
  • Realizar visitas técnicas a las instalaciones hoteleras para evaluar la infraestructura existente y asegurar la viabilidad de los proyectos.
  • Gestionar los recursos necesarios, incluyendo personal técnico y proveedores externos, para llevar a cabo la implementación de los proyectos.
  • Supervisar el proceso de instalación, pruebas y puesta en marcha de las soluciones de telecomunicaciones, asegurando la calidad y funcionalidad adecuadas.
  • Realizar un seguimiento continuo del progreso del proyecto, identificando y resolviendo los problemas o desviaciones que puedan surgir durante la implementación.
  • Mantener una comunicación clara y efectiva con los stakeholders, manteniéndolos informados sobre el estado del proyecto, los hitos alcanzados y cualquier cambio o ajuste necesario.

  • 1 año o más de experiência trabajando en el sector de las telecomuncaciones y con orientación a cliente.

  • Conocimientos en temas de cableado estructurado, redes wifi, fibra óptica y otras tecnologías de telecomunicaciones.
  • Capacidad para interpretar y diseñar planos técnicos y documentación relacionada.
  • Habilidades de gestión de proyectos, incluyendo la planificación, coordinación y supervisión de equipos de trabajo.
  • Excelentes habilidades de comunicación verbal y escrita.
  • Orientación al cliente y capacidad para establecer relaciones sólidas con los stakeholders.
  • Disponibilidad para viajar y realizar visitas técnicas a las instalaciones hoteleras.
  • Residencia en Santiago de Compostela o disponibilidad para trasladarse a la zona.
