El/la Community Host es un/a embajador de Impact Hub, es el anfitrión del espacio; es la persona encargada de facilitar a la comunidad de miembros todo el potencial de la red: ideas, proyectos y recursos, facilitando su integración en el espacio y la generación de sinergias y relaciones entre ellos/as

El/la host es el artífice de que todos los miembros disfruten al mismo tiempo de los aspectos "ordinarios" (que el wifi o la impresora funcionen, que la cocina o las salas de reunión estén en orden ) y, sobre todo, de los "extraordinarios" (conversaciones, conexiones y oportunidades de apoyo y colaboración).

Trabajará bajo la supervisión de la Responsable de Espacios.

Las principales responsabilidades serán:

Atención al miembro en su espacio de trabajo
Atención a las personas externas que se acercan al espacio.

Apoyo al equipo de Comunidad centrándose en la experiência del miembro dentro de su espacio de trabajo ( onboarding, dinamización,)


Asegurar un amplio conocimiento de nuestra comunidad IH y sus necesidades, dando seguimiento a los miembros para que completen su perfil en el portal de miembros.

Ser responsable de garantizar la participación, satisfacción y experiência positiva de nuestros miembros en su espacio de trabajo.

Informar adecuadamente, y de forma proactiva de los servicios que desde IH se ofrecen al miembro (especial foco en Hub Impulsa)

Gestión de altas y bajas de productos y servicios en Nexudus (bonos de 1 día, bonos de 10 días, bonos de salas)

Apoyar en la ejecución de la estrategia de _Community Engagement _

Apoyar en la gestión de la programación y actividades en su espacio de trabajo, en coordinación con los responsables de Comunidad

Logística del espacio
Apertura, operativa y cierre del espacio

Gestión de proveedores en coordinación con la Manager de Logística.


Gestión de las salas de reuniones (ayuda y apoyo de las peticiones de salas por miembros y empresas externas) en coordinación con la responsable de Espacio y equipo de producción.

Montaje y desmontaje de eventos en el espacio.

Gestión de paquetería y envíos cotidianos.

Control de abastecimiento del espacio (material de oficina, insumos de cocina, etc.).


Revisión diaria de la calidad de las instalaciones y gestión de su mantenimiento en coordinación con la Manager de Logística.

Gestión del equipo de hosts voluntarios del espacio, participando en su formación y acompañamiento, y haciendo seguimiento de sus funciones y competencias, en coordinación con el equipo de comunidad

Gestión de averías e incidencias tecnológicas del espacio en coordinación con el Manager de IT.

Control y seguimiento de la caja chica del espacio de trabajo y TPV (facturas, albaranes,...)

Estamos buscando una persona que tenga:

Experiência mínima de 3 años en atención al público.

Experiência mínima de 1 año en logística y gestión de un espacio de trabajo o coworking.

Experiência de gestión de comunidad

Experiência en dinamización de comunidad y programación de contenidos.

Una clara comprensión del sector de la innovación, del emprendimiento y sostenibilidad en España.

Excelente nível de inglés, tanto oral como escrito.

Certificado de discapacidad mínimo del 33%.
