  • Conduct credit risk review tasks, provide challenges and guidance to business proposals from Front Office.
  • Draft credit review reports and present credit opinions with an objective and independent view, in line with credit policies.
  • Manage assigned credit portfolio responsibly, with a forward-looking and risk-conscious assessment.
  • Implement duration management for ongoing credit business.
  • Monitor, analyze, and control credit and market risk in compliance with relevant policies.
  • Complete tasks assigned by the Risk Management Department.
  • Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Economy, Business Management, Accounting, etc.
  • Preferred certifications: FRM, CFA, CPA.
  • Minimum 4 years experience in credit risk review or risk management in corporate banking or project financing.
  • In-depth knowledge of risks and mitigation across industries, especially in local sectors like energy, infrastructure, utilities, construction, manufacturing, and financial institutions.
  • Strong financial modeling, projection, and stress test skills, proficient in data analysis tools.
  • Excellent communication skills in English.
  • Critical thinker, well-organized, with the ability to work independently and seek guidance when necessary.
  • Quick learner, mastery of relevant credit business policies and systems.
  • Detail-oriented, conscientious, and responsible.
  • Effective and professional communicator.
  • High cultural awareness.
  • Part of a collaborative team, working on high-value transactions in national and international projects.
