ESTRATEGIA DE SUMINISTRO

Colaborar con el Manager en la ejecución de la estrategia de suministro para el propio departamento, con el fin de mejorar la excelencia del suministro y proporcionar información que garantice el cumplimiento de la estrategia del área de Operaciones.


PLANIFICACIÓN

Equilibrar la demanda y la oferta de la manera óptima en términos de volumen, ingresos, costos y margen y desarrollar escenarios para la toma de decisiones.


PLANIFICACIÓN DE LA PRODUCCIÓN

Definir y liderizar la ejecución de los planes de producción basados en el plan de demanda aprobado (previsión), que permita a las operaciones contribuir al cumplimiento de los objetivos de producción definidos de forma eficiente y rentable.

Asegurar el plan de producción restringiendo en caso de limitaciones de suministro y compartir los resultados con las partes interesadas (Operaciones, Comercial, Planificación de la Demanda y Customer Service, ).


PLANIFICACIÓN DE SUMINISTROS
Asegurar que el proceso de planificación de materiales se cumple para disponer el material óptimo para el plan de producción de la planta, de acuerdo a los níveles de calidad de servicio predefinidos, los níveles de inventario y los
parámetros de planificación, para realizar el rendimiento solicitado al mínimo coste posible.

PLANIFICACIÓN DE DISTRIBUCIÓN
Preparar y optimizar la planificación de las necesidades los distintos centros del grupo que permiten una eficiente producción de las distintas plantas y la logística entre ellos para garantizar la demanda de nuestros clientes en
tiempo y forma.

GESTIÓN DE INVENTARIO

Colaborar en la definición, desarrollo e implementación de los objetivos de inventario y reabastecimiento definidos y aplicar la segmentación de inventario de manera efectiva, asegurando que el inventario cubre la demanda proyectada.


KPI's

Identificar y definir los KPI e indicadores más relevantes asociados a la planificación de suministros y realizar un seguimiento de su grado de cumplimiento, con el fin de contribuir a la consecución de los objetivos del área de operaciones y de la Compañía.


DESARROLLO DE PERSONAS
Colaborar con el Manager en la coordinación de los equipos y recursos humanos, técnicos y materiales asociados a los procesos y actividades de

planificación de la demanda, impulsando las acciones que faciliten la integración, formación y motivación del personal, con el fin de garantizar el óptimo aprovechamiento y distribución eficiente de los recursos, favoreciendo el mejor clima laboral.


Requisitos:

  • Ingeniería Industrial
  • Experiência previa de 7 años (en puestos similares)
  • Inglés alto
  • Paquete Office alto
