Our client has changed the way student accommodations work around the UK, and now they are ready to recruit clients within LATAM, ensuring not only the best student experience on the market but also the safest place to live.
We are looking for a Student Accommodation Business Development Executive able to cooperate with the Partnerships Sales teams with the main goal of generate bookings for the Spanish and UK student residences.
Languages:
- Native level of Spanish
- Full Professional level of English
- Full Professional level of Portuguese is a plus
- Competitive Salary

Main Responsibilities:
- Generate bookings for Spanish and UK student residences
- Identify and develop the LATAM market
- Work closely with Business Development and Partnerships Sales teams
- Seek out ways to expand brand awareness in the region
- Organize and take part in Education Fairs
- Support clients with product training and booking
- Manage some administrative process regarding invoices, commissions
Core Skills/experience:
- Previous experience working with the LATAM market
- Previous sales experience
- Previous experience with Student accommodation, in Spain, or exposure to the LATAM market
- Great communication and presentation skills and detail oriented
- Availability to travel to Central and South America
