Integrado/a en el proyecto HVO (área Assurance), serás responsable de proteger y asesorar los intereses del negocio de biocombustibles (Bios) y gestionarás los riesgos de cumplimiento conforme a la normativa vigente, principios éticos y la estrategia definida por la empresa.
Para ello, tus funciones principales serán:
- Desplegar y desarrollar el Modelo de Cumplimiento y la estrategia de gestión del riesgo de cumplimiento del negocio Bios.
- Velar por el cumplimiento de la normativa relativa a protección de datos y privacidad, como el GDPR.
- Planificar anualmente la función de Compliance coordinando las necesidades del negocio.
- Supervisar la gestión del riesgo de Compliance en la JV y reportar a los socios.
- Fomentar una cultura de integridad y Compliance en la JV y sus grupos de interés.
- Resolver consultas del negocio en materia de Compliance y analizar conflictos de interés.
- Al menos 8 años de experiencia laboral, con 5-6 años en Cumplimiento Normativo, Control Interno, Gestión de Riesgos o áreas afines.
- Experiencia en gestión de personas y proyectos.
- Dominio del inglés (mínimo C1) y español.
- Pensamiento digital y capacidad para adaptarse a entornos cambiantes.
- Se valorará conocimiento del negocio y certificaciones de cumplimiento.
