Manage the Health and Safety System of the Plant: Control the implementation of the procedures of the H&S Manual at the plant and manage the documental Safety System. Manage the H&S training needs of all personnel at the plant. Control CAE's implementation ("Coordinación de Actividades Empresariales") Manage the Medical Follow-up of all the employees at the plant. Supervise the tasks of the SPA's technician. Investigate all the accidents, incidents, near misses, lost time, etc. of the plant and propose corrective actions. Perform the Emergency Drills and train all the emergency members. Advise internal Stakeholders (Industrialization, Processes, etc...) in all the projects that need Safety point of view. Manage the Environmental System of the Plant: Control the implementation of the procedures of the Environmental Manual at the plant and manage the documental System. Manage and improve the waste generation of the plant Perform all legal requirements related to environmental regulations ("Declaración anual de residuos, etc.). Complementary tasks: support the Facility Manager functions in all what is related to Health and Safety. Provides for motivation and familiarization of all Company personnel respecting the importance of complying with Company system procedures and all Safety equipment provided. Ensures, in accordance with the corporate guidelines, the implementation, updating, review and auditing of the Company HSE Systems and be part of the internal and external audit (ISO 14001 and ISORequirements
Must-have requirements:
Universitary degree in Occupational Risk Prevention. 2-3 years of experience in a similar position in a production plant. Fluent in English (mandatory). Proactive person and team worker.
