Identification of new opportunities. Maturation of project portfolio up to Ready to Build (RTB) stage. Document management for administrative processing and planning. Engagement with government authorities and industry stakeholders. Preparation of documentation for site selection for new developments. Management of engineering follow-up with external collaborators. Monitoring Environmental Impact Studies with consulting firms and internal team. Processing of urban compatibility for projects. Agreements with landowners. Interdepartmental communication and coordination.
Requirements:
University degree, preferably in engineering. Proficiency in English and a third language is essential.
Experience in international projects and at least 5 years of experience in data center projects processing at national and international levels.
