Do you want to play a key role in the
Performance of Getafe Plant? We are looking for our new **Performance manager.

You will take a key role into the redefinition of the performance measurement and improvement portfolio.

You will define and deploy an homogeneous performance management system, in close collaboration with CDTs and support functions and aligned with the central function in Toulouse and the rest of the Plant of operational organization.


Your ability to innovate, find solutions along with your natural capability to engage people and create a network, will be a key success factor for this position that comes with a large autonomy in action.

You will be at the heart of the Performance department and will interface with all major contributing functions.

According to this, you will be responsible for performance strategy in ODG, KPI definition, guidelines and monitoring the performance process according to the strategy needs of Getafe Plant and aligned with Airbus Central guidelines.


Tasks & accountabilities:

Your main tasks and responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting Performance Management of the Getafe Plant to match Programme and OD objectives.
  • Propose and implement innovative ideas and process improvement on all your recurrent activities.
  • Support to improve the Performance routine maturity (N2, N3) to be able to achieve robust deliverables in time and quality for N4 monthly routine.
  • Harmonized and validated Reports related to monthly Performance Review per line. Aggregated reports by plant, managed together with the Performance manager and cascaded by the central team.
  • Ensure quality data of the BSC dashboard.
  • Support to prepare and enhance the final reports and deliveries related to the new CVAT tool taking into account the previous tool used.
  • Collaboration with the daily support on SQCDP up to date maintenance.
  • Support to standardize, enhance and digitalize the performance indicators tools and WoW as well as the monthly deliverables creation and follow up.
  • Optimization of Airbus Commercial Getafe assets portfolio through continuous challenge and strategic analysis of priorities and drivers of all requested needs.
  • Construction of the Airbus Getafe Operational Planning for each coming years.
  • Permanent drumbeat, control & reporting of CapEx.
  • Analyze and challenge all individual CapEx projects
  • Ensure the CapEx Target adherence year by year.
This position is eligible to Hybrid Working.

Required skills

  • Education: Industrial Engineering degree or a related discipline.
  • Experience: At least one year in the similar role. Experience doing an internship in the company will be highly valued.
  • Languages: Advanced level in English.
  • Ability to work at senior management level, understanding the various topics and their consequences bringing the right communication and added value to allow decision making.
  • Sense of curiosity and very good ability to work as part of a team, in a demanding and fastchanging environment
