A vacancy for a CapEx planner has arisen within Airbus Getafe Plant (Madrid). The successful applicant will join the Plant Production Support within the Performance, Capital Expenditures & Competence team (ODGPP).
We are looking for a highly motivated person, open to new ideas and able to propose improvements.
An internal reference to drive and enable the achievement of CapEx excellence.
Your main tasks and responsibilities will include:
CapEx planning: collecting and consolidating the line items and their funding requirements; evaluating the time required to break even, returns on investment, useful life, and more; reviewing the proposal and the approval process
Liaise with the Central CapEx team when required, providing Getafe CapEx view: Forecast, OP, approval process, CapEx Master Plan Review,....
- **Support the project's leaders in the preparation of the CapEx file by gathering all the information. To assess the CapEx file maturity to be presented to the local CapEx MFT (projects
5M€.), where it will be reviewed and challenged.**-
Support the operational teams to be able to achieve our CapEx target.

CapEx reporting: provide visibility to the project leaders, plant steering committee and OD monthly review, to support business decision-making.

Continuously improving, developing and contributing to global Getafe plant CapEx process: governance, data consistency, CapEx planner tool, harmonization and standardization.
- **Skills required:
Educated to degree level (or equivalent)
At least 3-5 years previous experience in a related area (i.e.finance).

Good project management and analytical skills.

Ability to identify opportunities and problem solving.

Good stakeholder management skills and ability to work collaboratively with multiple partners.

Flexibility to adapt to changes

Autonomous, with good communication skills, displaying an ability to take initiative with a pragmatic mindset and leadership.

Sense of curiosity, desire to learn for oneself and others

G-suite knowledge. Programming abilities will be a plus.

English & Spanish must be at negotiation level.
