Empresa fabricante y proveedor mundial de soluciones de packaging para empresas del sector de la belleza precisa incorporar un/a Category Manager Makeup.

Reporta a
Head of Market Developement.
Funciones y responsabilidades
Crear un plan de desarrollo, para aumentar los ingresos y el margen bruto de la división MakeUp. Determinar y ejecutar los objetivos anuales y de 3 años de la división.

Investigar continuamente el mercado para comprender mejor las tendencias del mercado y de los productos visitando clientes, ferias y otros eventos relacionados con la industria y crear soluciones de envasado de tendencia para satisfacer estas necesidades.

Diseñar y desarrollar la gama de productos de la división y el catálogo de ventas en consonancia con las necesidades del mercado y los objetivos de sostenibilidad.

Asegurarse de que los equipos de ventas globales reciben una formación completa sobre la gama de productos.

  • Ser propietario del margen bruto generado por su división, encontrando el equilibrio adecuado entre el precio de venta y los costes para impulsar el aumento constante del margen bruto en valor absoluto.

Desarrollar una gama de soluciones de envasado de valor añadido y aplicar un plan de comercialización para el lanzamiento de productos.

Trabajar con el equipo de I+D para dirigir el proceso de diseño, desarrollo y lanzamiento de nuevos productos; y con el centro creativo para llevar la innovación de valor añadido al mercado.

Ser un socio comercial para los proveedores, estableciendo relaciones sólidas con socios clave mientras se trabaja con los equipos de aprovisionamiento.

Formación
Licenciatura en Administración y Dirección de Empresas, Licenciatura en Económicas o Finanzas.

Idiomas:

Bilingüe en inglés, Valorable Castellano o Francés.
