El objetivo principal es garantizar que los proyectos se completen con éxito, dentro del alcance, tiempo y presupuesto definidos, manteniendo un enfoque en la satisfacción del cliente y la calidad del trabajo.


Responsabilidades Principales:
1) Análisis Técnico

  • Evaluar la viabilidad técnica de los proyectos propuestos, identificando riesgos y oportunidades.
  • Realizar análisis detallados para respaldar la toma de decisiones informadas en todas las etapas del proyecto.
2) Definición de Alcance y Objetivo

  • Trabajar en estrecha colaboración con los stakeholders para definir el alcance y los objetivos claros de cada proyecto.
3) Presupuestos y Ofertas

  • Crear presupuestos precisos para proyectos, incluyendo estimaciones de costos y recursos necesarios.
  • Preparar y presentar ofertas competitivas a los clientes, garantizando que se cumplan los requisitos técnicos y financieros.

4) Planificación y Gestión de Proyectos:

  • Desarrollar planes de proyecto detallados, incluyendo cronogramas y recursos necesarios.
  • Supervisar la ejecución de proyectos, asegurando el cumplimiento de los plazos y estándares de calidad.

5) Seguimiento y Resolución de Problemas:

  • Realizar un seguimiento riguroso de todas las fases del proyecto, identificando y resolviendo problemas técnicos y no técnicos de manera proactiva.
6) Estimación y Control de Costes

  • Estimar y controlar los costes del proyecto, asegurando que se mantengan dentro de los límites presupuestarios.

7) Coordinación de Recursos:

  • Gestionar eficazmente los recursos del proyecto, incluyendo equipos internos y proveedores externos.
  • Mantener una comunicación fluida con diferentes áreas de la compañía y proveedores para garantizar una ejecución eficiente del proyecto.

9) Documentación:

  • Mantener una documentación exhaustiva de todos los aspectos del proyecto, incluyendo requisitos, planificación, comunicaciones y entregables.

Requisitos:

  • Formación Técnica: Título universitario en un campo relacionado.
  • Experiência en Gestión de Proyectos: Experiência previa en roles de gestión de proyectos técnicos.
  • Presupuestación y Ofertas: Experiência en elaboración de presupuestos y ofertas.
  • Conocimiento de Ingles.
