Responsibilities:

  • Exercises significant independent judgment to formalize goal setting and success measurement process for campaigns and digital projects.
  • Provides expertise to utilize and help optimize marketing dashboards and data models.
  • Manages data integrity, data accuracy and testing processes.
  • Partners with internal and vendor support teams to report and resolve data/campaign discrepancies.
  • Advocates for data and analytics needs in markets and countries.
  • Exercises significant independent judgment to provide senior teams actionable recommendations and strategic plans based on analytical research.

Knowledge & Skills:

  • Experience in marketing/sales strategies, analyzing data and identifying insights to optimize and develop campaigns, identifying opportunities to improve campaign performance, increasing knowledge of our audiences and answering key marketing & business questions.
  • SQL experience working with large customer and transactional databases.
  • Well versed in Data visualization software (e.g. Tableau, QlikView, PowerBI, Datorama).
  • Experience in big data and cloud platforms to deploy largescale data science solutions.
  • Experience in R/Python, Marketing Analytics.
  • Understanding of media and the statistical algorithms typically used in marketing analytics.
  • Provide senior leaders/owners actionable recommendations and strategic plan based on analytical research.
  • Experience in working collaboratively with crossfunctional teams to develop appropriate analytical models and identify incremental revenue margin/ productivity opportunities.

Impact/Scope:

  • Lead crosscountry datadriven actionable planning with high degree of complexity involved in terms of customer or crossfunction touchpoints.
  • Manage large scale of crossfunction/ crosscountry marketing investment and programs.
  • Influence marketing investment to strategic programs to optimize revenue and margin.
  • Provide thought leadership in statistical & analytical modeling to optimize revenue and margin across product/services/solution portfolio.

- functional/cross-organizational senior management interface; deals with complex strategic issues.

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor Degree or equivalent in Statistics, Engineering, or Computer Science.
  • 7+ years of work experience in related field.
