Your Mission
- Planning, developing and implementing the marketing strategy for our local artists.
- Building strong relationships with artist managers, artists and media partners (Radio, TV, press, magazines )
- Creating outstandingly creative campaigns for our artists without losing sight of the budget.
- Managing PR teams.
- Continuous analysis, further development and evaluation of campaigns.
- Providing frequent and relevant reporting to colleagues, artist managers and campaign partners.
Your Profile
- You have excellent marketing skills and a willingness to implement innovative and creative approaches.
- As a creative individual, you value the importance of creating an appealing story for every project/artist you work with.
- You have indepth knowledge of the music business and relevant/popular artists.
- You are highly organized with the ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities and demanding deadlines.
- You bring proven experience in managing projects/budgets with a high level of analytical skills.
- You are a strong communicator; confident to build collaborative relationships with external and internal stakeholders.
- You are tech savvy and always up to date with the latest trends and digital advances, especially on the digital music landscape.
- You are keen to attend and support promo actions and scouting, outside of office working hours.
- In addition, you possess a proven track record for excellent attention to detail.
- You are fluent in both English and Spanish (spoken and written).
