Global Services está buscando un/a Collections IT TOOL Administrator para nuestras oficinas en Boadilla del Monte .**

Santander Consumer Finance se orienta hacia el desarrollo de negocio relacionado con productos de financiación al consumo, canales de venta y acuerdos comerciales con concesionarios, fabricantes de vehículos o establecimientos de distribución minorista, así como funciones comerciales que llevan asociada la venta directa (oficinas, call centers o canales digitales) e indirecta (a través de terceros) de productos de financiación al consumo.

QUÉ HARÁS EN TU TRABAJO


Como
Collections IT TOOL Administrator, formarás parte del proyecto Digital Consumer Bank, surgen dentro de Santander Consumer Finance, tres hubs con el objetivo de estandarizar tareas, generando sinergias y permitiendo compartir mejores prácticas de manera rápida y eficiente.


En dependencia directa del responsable de Recuperaciones en Global Servides, el equipo de soporte al Negocio de Recuperaciones de Santander Consumer Finance Global Services, se encargará de acompañar y apoyar a las Unidades de Recuperaciones de SCF sus procesos de migración de sistemas, en tareas de gestión y control, como entre otros, administración de herramientas, reporte o control de proveedores.

Necesitamos a alguien como tú para que nos ayude en distintos ámbitos:

  • Dar soporte a la integración de las diferentes Sucursales del WH en la migración de las carteras y parametrización las estructuras de gestión en AS400, así como en las herramientas propias de gestión recuperatoria del WH.
  • Administrar las herramientas tecnológicas que soportan la actividad de Recuperaciones, incluyendo la parametrización de nuevas estrategias, ajustes en los parámetros existentes o en la asignación de carteras por proveedores en diferentes países del WH.
  • Soporte a las nuevas estrategias de recobro y ejecución de las pruebas piloto necesarias para evaluar su eficiencia y eficacia.
  • Explotación de datos de recobro directamente en AS400 o en cualquiera de las herramientas soporte a la actividad recuperatoria, mediante el uso de herramientas de BI.
  • Generación de informes para el análisis de datos resultantes de la actividad recuperatoria, elevando propuestas de actuación tras el análisis de dichos datos, los resultados de pruebas piloto y/o de meses anteriores.
  • Administración funcional de la herramienta Business Object para SCF.

EXPERIENCIA

  • 5+ años de experiência mínima en Recuperaciones de carteras de financiación al consumo.

EDUCACIÓN

  • Valorable estudios universitarios de Economía o ADE.
  • Valorable Máster en Banca y/o Finanzas.
HABILIDADES & CONOCIMIENTOS

  • Conocimiento técnico elevado de herramientas de tratamiento y explotación de bases de datos y reporting (Crystal Reports, Business Object, SAS, Power BI, etc.).
  • Nível de Excel alto.
  • Nível de inglés intermedio.
  • Valorable conocimiento técnico elevado del sistema AS400 (tablas, procesos, ficheros, etc.).
