Estamos buscando un
Marketing Lead Asma para el área de inmunología que dependerá del Specialty Marketing Head.


Se trata de una gran oportunidad para liderar un producto de alto potencial, con competidores de primer nível y con un foco estratégico para la Unidad de Specialty.

La persona que se una al equipo, deberá asegurar un correcto posicionamiento de la marca a nível nacional a través del diseño e implementación de planes estratégicos.

Además, liderará el equipo de marca, incluyendo a dos reportes directos.

Es importante que la persona que se una al equipo demuestre gran capacidad de liderazgo, iniciativa, trabajo en equipo, adaptación a un entorno cambiante y foco en el paciente

Principales responsabilidades:

  • Diseñar, ejecutar y asegurar el cumplimiento de los Brand Plan / Above Brand Plan de acuerdo a las directrices estratégicas de la compañía
  • Liderar el Brand team, integrando todas las áreas/funciones involucradas y asegurándose la coordinación y alineación de las mismas.
  • Asegurarse que la comunicación entre el área de ventas y marketing es fluida y adecuada.
  • Mantener contacto con clientes clave con el fin de entender las necesidades del cliente y paciente.
  • Analizar la evolución de los productos, del entorno, la efectividad de las acciones del Brand Plan y la competencia y diseñar estratégicas y tácticas alternativas.
  • Adaptación de las estrategias y actividades de marketing a las necesidades del mercado local. Garantizar una comunicación fluida, clarificando la estrategia a seguir por la red de ventas para facilitar la consecución de los objetivos, así como con otros departamentos involucrados (médico, acceso a mercado etc )
  • Elaborar previsiones "forecast" teniendo en cuenta el ciclo de vida del producto(s), el entorno del mercado y la estrategia del producto(s).
  • Asistir a foros o participar en equipos de marca internacionales
  • Gestionar el presupuesto promocional para maximizar la inversión, respetando la estrategia del producto y las pautas de la compañía.
  • Elaborar actividades y materiales de apoyo adaptados a la estrategia del Plan de Marketing y a las necesidades de la red de ventas

Requisitos

  • Al menos 3 años de experiência en marketing en el área de productos hospitalarios
  • Licenciatura o grado universitario, valorable en Ciencias de la Salud.
  • Nível alto de inglés (advanced o proficiency)
  • Visión estratégica, generando valor a la compañía en el largo plazo a través de la identificación de oportunidades y anticipación de los cambios del mercado
  • Alta capacidad de conocimiento científico y comunicación con impacto
  • Se valorará la capacidad de interacción con stakeholders (internos y externos), foco en el paciente, autoliderazgo, enfoque en resultados y capacidad de innovación
  • Se valorará experiência en mercado hospitalario y en área terapéutica de respiratorio
