You will play a crucial role in creating engaging content, analyzing campaign performance, and contributing to employer branding initiatives.

Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment Marketing Strategy:
  • Support the development and execution of recruitment marketing strategies to attract top international talent
  • Assist in identifying key recruitment channels and tactics to reach target audiences effectively
  • Content Creation:
  • Collaborate with the Branding and Design team to create engaging and targeted content for various recruitment channels, including social media, job boards, and the company website
  • Ensure content aligns with brand messaging and resonates with the desired talent pool
  • Collaboration with People Team:
  • Work closely with the People team to understand recruitment needs and tailor marketing campaigns accordingly
  • Participate in discussions to gather insights into talent requirements and market trends
  • Performance Monitoring and Analysis:
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of recruitment marketing efforts using relevant metrics and analytics tools
  • Provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement based on performance data
  • Employer Branding Initiatives:
  • Contribute to employer branding initiatives aimed at enhancing the company's image in the job market

Qualification:

  • Enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Marketing, Human Resources, Communications or a related field
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing
  • Creative mindset with an interest in employer branding and recruitment
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced environment
  • Ability to think creatively and strategically to attract top talent.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

The internship:

  • Start: preferably February 2024
  • Minimum period of 5 months
  • Full time internship of 39 hours a week (Monday-Friday)
  • Working at our office close by the center of Valencia
  • Monthly compensation based on educational level
  • Reporting to People
