Prime Video is a leading digital video service globally, offering a vast selection of on-demand content, including award-winning original series like Fleabag, The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel, Tom Clancy's Jack Ryan, and more. Amazon Studios, responsible for content development and production, is seeking a skilled Sr. Production Executive / Head of Productions, Scripted for their Spain team. This role involves overseeing budgets, schedules, and Spanish productions, collaborating with various departments such as Post-Production, Marketing, PR, Legal, and Business Affairs. As the Head of Productions, you will play a crucial role in the success of Amazon Studios' scripted series projects in Spain.

Responsibilities:
  • Track and manage approvals and production payments
  • Support Local Original Series projects
  • Ensure key milestones are achieved
  • Coordinate kick-off calls for each project
  • Meet with producers and creative executives to address production issues
  • Assess budgets and cost reports
  • Act as a liaison between producers and the Head of Production
  • Create and update production charts

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience in producing content in Spain
- Knowledge of production processes and workflows
- Proficiency in budgeting, scheduling, and cost management
- Problem-solving skills in content production
- Familiarity with local guilds and unions
- Experience in domestic and international productions
- Willingness to travel for business needs

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Familiarity with budgeting and scheduling documents
- Understanding of unions, guilds, and deal structures in the Spanish entertainment industry
- Fluency in English and Spanish
- Strong organizational and project management abilities
- Alignment with Amazon's leadership principles
