Venature Capital es un Search Fund de reciente creacion. El modelo de Search Fund se ha vuelto cada vez más popular en los últimos años.

Este modelo de inversión en compañias implica el uso de fondos de los inversores para buscar y analizar muchas empresas con el objetivo de adquirir una pequeña - mediana empresa ya consolidada pero con gran potencial.

Según estudios de Stanford se están consiguiendo TIR ́s del 35% en la inversión con mucho menos riesgo que en una Startup.


Como Associate intern, participara en las siguientes tareas.

  • Research de sectores y pequeñas empresas. Filtrar las empresas que deberíamos contactar y priorizar (20%)
  • Analisis financiero de pequeñas empresas (20%)
  • Production cartas, mails y contactos con pequeñas empresas (20%)
  • Manejo y actualizacion del CRM (20%)
  • Participacion en llamadas con bancos de inversion, bancos, CEOs de empresas y otros asesores (5%)
  • Revision de documentos confidenciales sobre potenciales adquisiciones (10%)
  • Participacion en la Due Diligence (5%)

Requisitos

  • Dominio de Excel, word y Power Point
  • Esfuerzo
  • Idiomas: Spanish nativo

English:
Fluido

  • Muchas ganas por aprender y ayudar
  • Al menos 20 horas semanales disponibles (flexible en distribución a lo largo de la semana)
  • Excelentes hablidades comunicativas (escrito y hablado)
