Key Responsibilities
Some of the key responsibilities of this role include:
- Strategic Planning: Contributing to the development of our company's strategic vision, analyzing market trends, and identifying opportunities for growth.
- Business Development: Supporting the planning and execution of business unit townhalls and management hub travel.
- Operational Excellence: Ensuring the smooth operation of our board packs, preparing for key executive meetings, and implementing action points.
- Financial Analysis: Participating in bank presentations, sustainability, and transparency report production.
- Talent Acquisition: Assisting with talent sourcing and recruiting.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:
- Strong Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze complex data and identify key trends and insights.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels.
- Results-Driven: Proven track record of delivering results in a fast-paced environment.
