What does a Global Campaign Coordination Lead do at Hogarth?


The Global Campaign Coordination Lead will be a crucial part of the Global PMO team and will become the single source of truth for TCCC Global Campaigns.

They will be responsible for coordinating the ingest of all Master Assets and communicating this to the global teams, as well as supporting the PMO team with ongoing projects.

The successful candidate will be highly organized with superior problem-solving skills. They will have a passion for production and marketing and have a desire to learn.

Key Areas of Responsibilities Proactively informs Regional teams on available assets, timelines and upcoming Global campaignsActs as a conduit between OU campaign leads working across various time zonesCoordinates the ingest of global masters, QC and upload to the content librarySupports Global Program team in all ongoing projectsCommunicates clearly with various stakeholders internally and externally (WPP agencies and TCCC)Supports on reporting functionsSupports on tool roll-outs

This role reports to the Global Programme Director. You will work closely with the Central Ingest and Campaign Teams.
