About the Role
We are looking for a Head of Strategic Accounts to establish connections with the largest restaurants and businesses in Spain, aiming to expand our business significantly in the coming years. As the Head of Strategic Accounts, your main responsibility will be to grow our portfolio of key accounts effectively.

This involves overseeing sales activities and negotiations with strategic partners, designing efficient processes, and developing innovative growth strategies to ensure top-notch experiences for our collaborators. Reporting directly to the General Manager of Spain, this position is part of the leadership team.


What You Will Do
- Develop a successful strategy: Shape the strategic accounts' strategy in Spain, determining the key partnerships to focus on and setting ambitious goals to enhance those associations.
- Cultivate meaningful relationships with top partners: Drive remarkable growth and value for these partners, from leading business discussions to fostering sustainable long-term growth. Collaborate with your team to create joint business plans, solve operational challenges, address partner priorities, and expand our growth initiatives with our partner network.
- Establish tools and processes: Utilize your analytical skills and operational precision to develop tools and processes that your team can leverage to improve critical partnership metrics.
- Collaborate with internal teams: Partner closely with teams in Restaurant Operations, Community Operations, and Marketing, particularly focusing on providing exceptional service and value to our restaurant partners.
- Lead a successful team in a dynamic environment: Recruit, inspire, and nurture a strong team of 5+ account managers. Foster a fantastic culture for your team with a strong emphasis on customer-centricity.

What You Will Need
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in account management or business development within a large corporation or a growing startup.
- A data-driven mindset and solid business acumen.
- Proficiency in Excel modeling with knowledge of SQL being advantageous.
- Exceptional business judgment and critical thinking abilities to swiftly identify high-value priorities using data and develop strategies to pursue them.
- Experience collaborating directly with C-level executives of major companies.
- Native Spanish speaker with full proficiency in English.
