Para esta beca, buscamos personas recién Graduadas en Ingeniería, Matemáticas o que estén a falta de su TFG, para incorporarse a través de una beca al área de Claims Management dentro de Enel Grids en "Sevilla".




¿Qué hace la Unidad?


El área de Claims Management se dedica a la gestionar la calidad comercial y los procesos de reclamación, en línea con las directrices y metodologías globales, desarrollar instrucciones operativas específicas para cada país, basadas en la regulación local, asegurando la consecución de los objetivos del país.

Garantiza las normas de calidad en todos los procesos comerciales, analizando el origen y la resolución de las reclamaciones, con el fin de reducir las penalizaciones, las ineficiencias y las reclamaciones procedentes.




¿En qué colaborarás?

Darás apoyo en las siguientes tareas:

  • Analizar el origen y resolución de las reclamaciones, con el fin de reducir las reclamaciones procedentes.
  • Analizar el proceso E2E de reclamaciones con el objetivo de mejora continua.
  • Atención a las comercializadoras, seguimiento y control de las consultas recibidas.
  • Seguimiento y control de reclamaciones y resoluciones de la Administración. Análisis gestiones de clientes en la Web.



¿Qué formación y conocimientos van a ser considerados?

  • Grado en Ingeniería, Matemáticas o a falta del TFG.
  • Inglés C1.

Conocimientos adicionales:

  • Conocimientos en Power BI.
  • Conocimientos en programación.
  • Conocimientos en Salesforce.
  • Conocimientos en italiano.



¿Qué ofrecemos?

Prácticas en ENDESA,
Programa SWING:

  • Ayuda de estudio de 900,00 € brutos mensuales.


 Horario: Híbrido
  • Jornada completa.
  • Centro de trabajo en España: Avenida de la Borbolla 5, Sevilla.
Las becas de Endesa tienen una duración de 12 meses. Constan de dos partes, una Formación Práctica en la Empresa y una Formación Académica.


La Formación Práctica en la Empresa tendrá una jornada completa de lunes a viernes (formato híbrido), un periodo de descanso de 22 días laborables al año y una ayuda al estudio de 900€ brutos.


De forma paralela, se realiza la Formación Académica
:

Máster en Gestión Organizacional, Competencias Clave y Analítica de Datos, de la Universidad Camilo José Cela (120 ECTS

), en formato online, cuyo objetivo principal es el aprendizaje y la mejora del perfil competencial.
