Estamos buscando un El Digital & Content Manager con Francés para nuestro departamento de Marketing.
El Digital & Content Manager es responsable de la planificación y ejecución de la estrategia digital y generación de contenidos y conocimiento necesarios a nivel Global.
El Digital & Content Manager reportará directamente a la CMO, y perteneciendo a una estructura matricial también será responsable de marketing de Francia de manera directa.
Funciones
- Definir la estrategia digital de la empresa a nivel global y por países
- Desarrollo e implementación de Plan de Marketing Digital anual en base a un análisis de mercado, competencia y análisis propio de fortalezas y debilidades
- Desarrollo de los contenidos para la expansión digital & también para la estrategia de branding de la empresa: creación de contenidos en diversos formatos: artículos, vídeos, fotos, ebooks, guías, webinars...
- Responsable de la estrategia de fidelización de la empresa, y la generación estrategias & contenidos necesarios
- Generación y mantenimiento de los contenidos, así como detección de contenidos de alto impacto para el diseño de prioridades y diseño de estrategia de in-bound: responsable de la captación de tráfico y su conversión en registros
- Gestión de los perfiles de la compañía en las redes sociales y su uso en las estrategias de contenidos y de inbound marketing, con agencias externas
- Responsable del mantenimiento de la BBDD
- Coordinación con las agencias de SEO, SEM & de gestión de dominios & diferentes páginas web & blogs de la compañía
- Desarrollo de materiales de comunicación & promoción digital & off-line
- Propuesta y desarrollo de nuevos servicios digitales a clientes
- Realización de presentaciones al comité de Dirección sobre la evolución de las estrategias digitales, avance de las propuestas & Planes de marketing digital global & Planes de Marketing para Francia
- Realización de contactos & partners que expandan el branding en Francia
Requisitos
- Experiencia mínima de 2 años como Digital & Content Manager
- Licenciado en ADE, Periodismo o Marketing
- Experiencia en HUBSPOT
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación escrita y verbal, así como de sensibilidad estética
- Excelentes habilidades de trabajo en equipo
- Capacidad para influir en equipos interfuncionales sin autoridad formal
- Idiomas: inglés (alto), francés, castellano (alto)
