THE OPPORTUNITY:

We are hiring a
Partner Acquisition Manager to our
Partner Sales team in
Spain (Madrid or Barcelona)

YOUR IMPACT:

  • Add new strategic partners to the Gympass network in Spain.
  • Develop and manage forecasts for strategic acquisition partners, with a special focus on gamechangers for the Spanish market.
  • Identify potential growth opportunities by nurturing the relationship with strategic partners.
  • Understand the organization's global strategy and use this knowledge crossfunctionally to help increase our value to our partners and corporate clients.
  • Ensure a superb user experience by driving the integration agenda (access control and booking) with our key partners.
  • Achieve and maintain the positioning of Gympass as Corporate leader in its sector through opening new key partners.
  • Facilitating and leading key meetings with partners across a broad scope, encompassing introductions, commercial agreements, planning and projects
  • Seek sustainable agreements with strategic partners in alignment with Finance and Value Management guidelines.
  • Liaise with Legal for contracts management.
  • Be the point of contact within the organization for your accounts portfolio

WHO YOU ARE:

  • A goaloriented professional with 5+ years in a sales position
  • You have a strong commercial and business development background.
  • Energetic passion for fitness and wellness.
  • Strategic mindset with outstanding analytical and commercial skills.
  • Flexible, resourceful and able to multitask while establishing priorities and providing solutions.
  • Good communication and leadership skills, as well as diplomatic and tactful.
  • Capable of influencing broad audiences by simplifying complex messages and effectively presenting proposals.
  • Conflict management, addressing conflicts proactively using negotiation and influencing skills to effectively resolve conflict externally and/or internally.
  • Brilliant negotiating skills and strict with the completion of timeframes and milestones within complex negotiations.

Spanish native speaker + English (English is our company language). Catalan is a plus but not required.

Choose when and where you work. For most, this will be a hybrid office/remote structure based out of our Barcelona or Madrid office.

We understand that together, Gympassers and their leaders can make the best decisions for their own individual scopes. This includes flexibility to adjust their working hours based on their personal schedule, time zone, and business needs.

PAID TIME OFF:
We know how important it is to take time away from work to recharge.

Employees receive a minimum of 25 days paid holiday per year with an additional day for each year of tenure (up to 5) in addition to annual holidays (including an extra holiday on your birthday).


PARENTAL LEAVE: 100% paid parental leave of 12 weeks to all new parents (of both biological and adopted children, regardless of gender and parent's relationship with the co-parent) + 100% paid birth leave of 14 weeks.
