Area Manager RDC - Italia con missioni

COOPI Cooperazione Internazionale è un'organizzazione umanitaria italiana laica e indipendente che lotta contro ogni forma di povertà per migliorare il mondo. Fondata nel 1965, oggi COOPI è presente in 33 paesi tra Africa, America Latina e Caraibi e Medio Oriente, con progetti sia di emergenza che di sviluppo portati avanti da staff espatriato, di media oltre 270 persone all'anno, e staff nazionale. I principali finanziatori istituzionali sono l'Unione Europea - ECHO e INTPA - USAID, le agenzie dell'ONU, il Governo italiano, gli Enti locali e altri Governi Europei.

- **COOPI in RDC**

Presente in RDC dal 1977, COOPI ha aumentato notevolmente il numero delle sue operazioni nel Paese in risposta ai conflitti degli ultimi 20 anni. A partire dal Kivu, dove ha avuto luogo il primo intervento, le attività di COOPI si sono estese alla maggior parte delle zone di crisi, per attuare programmi di emergenza a beneficio delle popolazioni sfollate e delle vittime della guerra, con particolare attenzione alla nutrizione, alla sicurezza alimentare e alla protezione dell'infanzia. Nelle province che escono dalla crisi, COOPI si impegna a realizzare progetti pluriennali per assicurare la transizione dall'emergenza allo sviluppo e garantire uno sviluppo armonioso e sostenibile.

COOPI fornisce una risposta pertinente alle esigenze delle popolazioni locali attraverso una struttura di coordinamento a Kinshasa e varie basi operative nelle province. Ogni anno, COOPI realizza una dozzina di progetti finanziati dall'Unione Europea, dal Fondo Umanitario, dalla CPI e dalle agenzie ONU.

**Obbiettivo della posizione **(max. 3-4 righe)**

Nell'ambito delle Attività Internazionali, COOPI cerca un Area Manager per la gestione del paese Repubblica Democratica del Congo. La posizione, basata in Italia con frequenti missioni anche di media e lunga durata, fa riferimento alla Direzione.

**Responsabilità**
- Definire le strategie relative alla presenza della Fondazione nel paese di in accordo con la Direzione;
- Monitorare le attività in corso, assicurandone la buona esecuzione rispetto ai contenuti definiti, anche nei loro termini economici e finanziari;
- Curare e sviluppare i rapporti con i Donatori istituzionali, di concerto con il Capo Missione e secondo gli indirizzi della Direzione, attraverso i loro funzionari competenti a livello territoriale locale o centrale;
- Supportare il capo missione nelle relazioni con le autorità e le controparti locali al fine di assicurare la migliore gestione delle attività in corso;
- Garantire l'applicazione e il rispetto delle procedure della Fondazione, dei donatori istituzionali e del paese
- Formulare e aggiornare, in accordo con il Capo Missione, i regolamenti locali di attuazione delle Procedure della Fondazione e verificarne l'applicazione;
- Collaborare alla selezione, contrattualizzazione e formazione del personale espatriato da inserire nel paese;
- Favorire la raccolta e la diffusione di notizie sulle attività afferenti al Paese di competenza, assicurando il passaggio di queste informazioni agli Uffici della Fondazione istituzionalmente preposti.

**ESSENZIALI**
- Formazione universitaria
- Esperienza lavorativa complessiva di almeno 7 anni, di cui almeno 5 nell'ambito della cooperazione internazionale
- Esperienza lavorativa significativa all'estero di almeno 3 anni con responsabilità diretta di progetti e gestione di personale espatriato
- Ottima conoscenza sia scritta che orale di queste lingue: francese (prioritario), inglese
- Competenze nella gestione amministrativa dei progetti (pianificazione, supervisione del budget disponibile, controllo)
- Spiccate attitudini ad interagire e collaborare in termini di pianificazione e coordinamento con interlocutori diversi
- Ottime capacità relazionali e di comunicazione
- Spiccata attitudine al problem solving
- Disponibilità ad effettuare frequenti missioni di monitoraggio e controllo sul campo
