Como miembro del Comité de Dirección, sería la persona responsable de asegurar todos los procesos de Supply Chain, así como de monitorear, analizar y mejorar los KPI's en el área.
Funciones principales:
Apoyar al equipo de logística con las metodologías / procesos adecuados: inventarios, stocks, optimización almacenamiento, mejores prácticas
Desarrollar la gestión del transporte:
Implementar metodologías de gestión del transporte y herramientas de control. Negociación y mejora de servicio y costes de transporte. Seguimiento de KPIs.
Desarrollar la planificación de la producción:
Asegurar el mantenimiento y mejora del proceso de S&OP. Análisis y mejora de las desviaciones de demanda y forecast en el corto y medio plazo. Aseguramiento del proceso de MPS y Schedule de la producción para optimización de la misma. Optimización de las coberturas de materias primas a través del seguimiento del MRP.Atender el crecimiento orgánico con complejidad creciente.
Requisitos:
Estudios universitarios. Licenciatura preferentemente en Organización Industrial, Ingeniería Industrial o áreas afines.
Muy valorable Master o MBA de cadena de suministro.
Experiencia de 5 años en cargo de dirección de Supply Chain en entorno industrial.
