Role Description:
Arcadis seeks a Junior Consultant to join the Technical Advisory team in Madrid, ES.
This opportunity is perfect for a highly driven Junior Consultant looking to advance their career with the premier global Design & Consultancy firm for natural and built assets. You will be part of a successful team serving exceptional Multinational clients during the upcoming summer.
Our ideal candidate possesses a technical background, strong personal soft skills, and a forward-thinking digital mindset. You will work closely with our Business Advisory (Transactions) team under the supervision of a Senior Advisor.
Role Accountabilities:
- Technical review of installation projects, specifications, and maintenance documents for various asset types (industrial, residential, tertiary)
- Assessing regulatory compliance, design, operating conditions, and equipment lifespan
- Developing improvement proposals and aiding clients during transactions
- Identifying risks and limitations in transactions, estimating future Capex investments for property management
- Supporting various tasks within the Business Advisory department
- Key focus: eagerness to learn and kickstart a journey in technical consultancy
Qualifications & Experience:
Essential:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or ongoing Master's degree in Architecture
- Proficient in full professional English (reading, writing, speaking)
- Skilled in Microsoft Office Tools, AutoCad, Presto, Project
- Prompt delivery, consistency, quality of work meeting team and client expectations, in alignment with business quality standards
