As an IT Intern, you will be part of our ambitious project, focusing on hotels, apartments, hostels, student residences, and luxury residences for the elderly. Our portfolio includes brands such as SmartRental Collection, Akeah, Malacuna, Live It, Suio, Evoca, and Lemonade, covering various vertical markets in the Living and Hospitality sector.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist in diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and network issues for internal users.
- Help maintain computer systems, network devices, and other IT infrastructure.
- Support the IT team in documenting processes, network configurations, and troubleshooting steps.
- Implement security best practices, including antivirus software installation, updates, and system backups.
- Manage and organize IT equipment, including hardware inventory and tracking.
- Respond to IT helpdesk requests and provide timely solutions for common issues related to computers, printers, networks, etc.
- Currently pursuing a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Advanced English language skills.
- Basic knowledge of Windows/Mac OS, Microsoft Office, and common software applications.
- Understanding of basic networking concepts such as IP addressing, DNS, and Wi-Fi setup.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills to solve technical issues efficiently.
- Ability to work carefully and accurately in maintaining systems and records.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively assist users with technical issues.
