Key Responsibilities- Support critical FP&A processes with a lean and innovative approach
- Provide decision support to FP&A Manager and Finance Director
- Involved in monthly closing activities, analysis, and reporting to senior management
- Establish stakeholder relationships with business partners, commercial teams, and the finance network
- Collaborate closely with Centers of Excellence to optimize local processes and deliverables
- Pursuing a degree in Business or Finance
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Able to synthesize data into clear and concise visuals and key takeaways
- Fluent in English (proficiency level), other local languages are a plus and Spanish desirable
- Skilled in making presentations
- Interest in the Healthcare/Pharmaceutical Industry
This is a full-time paid internship, 9-12 months duration, with an initial onboarding period and a rotational development plan in areas of Accounting, Tax, and Statutory matters, treasury, financial planning, and business support. You will have the opportunity to develop your skills in business, financial, and regulatory aspects, as well as acquire new knowledge and competencies in finance, financial operations, and processes.
As a member of our team, you will be supported by a senior mentor/coach and have the opportunity to work on special projects and other interesting aspects of the business. You will also have the chance to develop your soft skills, leading by influence, communication, and storytelling, and work on a learning organization with independence and integrity.
