Tu misión:
Contribuir al logro de los objetivos de la tienda a través de habilidades de venta efectivas y la optimización del servicio al cliente mientras se promueve la imagen de marca.
¿Cuáles serán tus funciones?
Servicio al cliente
- Resolver las consultas de los clientes y superar las expectativas en la tienda.
- Atender a múltiples clientes utilizando procedimientos estándar.
- Gestionar las transacciones en la caja registradora con precisión y eficiencia.
- Conocer, comprender y demostrar un conocimiento del producto actualizado y completo.
- Alcanzar objetivos de ventas personales / de tienda teniendo en cuenta los KPI de la tienda.
- Mantener la tienda de acuerdo con la imagen de la empresa.
- Mantener organizada la sala de existencias y la sala de accesorios.
- Mantener la pérdida de existencias al mínimo.
- Reponer de manera oportuna.
- Cumplir con el código de vestimenta de la compañía.
- Participar y contribuir en reuniones informativas y reuniones de personal.
- Desarrollar y mantener buenas relaciones de trabajo con todos los compañeros, incluida la gestión de línea.
- Asesorar y ayudar a capacitar a otros miembros del personal.
- Observar y trabajar dentro de las pautas de salud y seguridad.
- Ser un buen embajador de la marca.
- Abrir y cerrar la tienda cuando sea necesario.
- Gestiones administrativas.
Experiencia mínima en el sector de 1 año.
Ámbito académico:
- Ciclo superior o similar
Lenguas requeridas:
- Inglés, nivel B2.2 (First Certificate)
