Who we are...


AWWG is the global fashion group which integrates the brands Pepe Jeans London, Hackett and Façonnable, and is the licensed distributor for Tommy Hilfiger and Calvin Klein in Spain and Portugal.


The project
Provide customer service in all interactionswith AWWG customers and think creatively about ways to optimize each customer's experience. Act as a multichannel bridge between physical retail & online.


Become an expert on the AWWG brands (PepeJeans - Hackett London - Façonnable), products and policies, from our services to the packaging, from the materials to care recommendations, from our vision to the customer ́s expectations.


What will the role entail?

  • Comfortable working across multiple communication channels and able to adjust the tone accordingly.
  • Your expertise will combine a profound knowledge of a variety of services and incident related questions, such as returns, online exchange, delivery methods etc with that of AWWG brands products, collections, materials and corporate statements/goals.
  • As a member of the team you will help us drive change, foresee no limits and bring your ideas on board to ensure we exceed our customers expectations now and ever.
  • Able to work both independently and as part of a larger support team, you will become the customer care superhero of internal public relations, spreading your customer ambassador magic throughout the company, rocking every department with your questions, seeking answers, offering alternatives, and suggesting improvements.

Job Competences:

  • University degree + Postgraduate on social media or community management a plus
  • Multilingual customer service or hospitality experience
  • Proficiency English & Spanish (mandatory written and verbal). Additional language
Portuguese, Deustch, French a plus.
