Para este rol, tus responsabilidades serán las siguientes:
Gestionarás los proyectos desde el diseño hasta la entrega, coordinando a los distintos colaboradores internos (áreas de negocio, tecnología, comunicación, etc.) y externos (consultores, stakeholders, proveedores de servicios informáticos, etc.)Te relacionarás con todas las áreas del banco para Identificar necesidades y oportunidades de Innovación.Liderarás talleres de co-creación de soluciones innovadoras usando metodologías de innovación como Design Thinking o Sprint Design.Desarrollarás y promoverás el ecosistema de innovación interno y externo (apoyo en la gestión de las redes de innovación existentes).Realizarás análisis de datos y estudios de mercado para identificar nuevas oportunidades y tendencias en tecnología, modelos de negocio y nuevos entrantes con impacto en el sector financiero.Promoverás la cultura de innovación en el grupo. Tu perfil encaja si cumples los siguientes requisitos: Aportas una experiencia de mínimo 3 años en gestión de proyectos relacionados con tecnologías emergentes o innovación en sector financiero y/o digital.Posees titulación superior en Ingenierías, Matemáticas, Física, ADE.Valoraremos formación Master o Postgrado en Innovación, IA, Blockchain o Producto digital.Imprescindible que tengas nivel alto de inglés escrito y hablado, con capacidad para gestionar autónomamente reuniones y conversaciones por escrito con partners internacionalesEntre las principales características de tu perfil competencial, destacas en autonomía y orientación a resultados, habilidad para comunicar eficazmente, actitud proactiva e innovadora para buscar soluciones creativas, alto interés por el negocio bancario y el ecosistema Fintech, capacidad de trabajo en equipo y de forma transversal y, por último, altas capacidades analíticas y mentalidad data-driven. ¿Qué puedes esperar de esta posición?
