The Department:


The Country Management department is responsible for optimising development and driving performance to maximize the local market potential of all brands and products.

Purpose of the role:


The Brand and Content Executive will be part of the Spain Brand Team reporting to the Senior Brand and Content Manager and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders on the development and management of the local brand strategy.

This role will provide ad-hoc support and guidance to the Spanish market and work closely with our country partners.

The Brand and Content Executive will be a brand guardian within the company and will be responsible for understand and cover all team's needs in regards brand activations and creative coordination.


The focus will be to embed solid working relationships across the business and partners, championing best practice brand execution and collaborating also with the content team to develop 360o brand campaigns.


You will be responsible for:

  • Ensuring best in class brand exposure on all internal and external activations.
  • Being a 360o brand guardian and guaranteeing brand positioning.
  • Coordinating creative development and being a link between internal stakeholders and the creative department.
  • Collaborating with the local content team to align brand and content (blog, social media ) strategies.
  • Collaborating in "thinking out of the box" and helping the Brand Team to innovate.
  • Working closely with the Global Brand Team to ensure efficiencies and bring to the country the best global activations.
  • Overseeing the production of creative executions across all channels, ensuring alignment/consistency with the overarching creative platform and brand positioning.
  • Championing the brand both internally and with partners, ensuring that all activity is aligned with compliance standards / guidelines.
  • Assisting with advertising and social media management.
  • Regular monthly and weekly reporting (performance KPIs, brand tracking etc.).
  • Running quarterly brand reviews.
  • Conducting monthly competitors and market trends analysis.

You will have:

  • Experience of working in an innovative brand team and collaborate with or coordinating different stakeholders.
  • Experience of managing creative advertising campaigns (from initial concept to execution).
  • Experience of working in a global / multiterritory brand environment.
  • Experience of working in a multichannel environment (TV, radio, digital, sponsorship, PR, Social).
  • Experience working with marketing budgets with a key focus on ROI.
  • Enthusiasm and passion for building brands.
  • Fluency in both Spanish and English.
It would be a bonus if you also have:

  • Educated to degree level with a qualification in Marketing.
  • Experience from a sport and/or betting background.
  • Experience and passion in sports and esports.
  • Experience in activating sponsorship properties.
  • Excellent project management and presentation skills.
