Innitius is looking for a skilled Head of Product Development (System Architect) to join the Product Development team. This role offers the chance to lead the development and execution of the Clinical Diagnostic Platform strategy for our innovative healthcare technology. Responsibilities include defining product requirements and driving the product development process from concept to launch. Tasks

The role includes:

  • Own the product technology landscape,
  • Develop system/ software architectures and product requirements, and
  • Manage risk files throughout the product life cycle.

Strong leadership skills are essential to drive architectural and risk management tasks. High engineering acumen and analytical thinking are needed to develop the system architecture aligned with industry standards.

Requirements
  • Develop system architectures, describe functions, interfaces, requirements, and risks for product development projects
  • Act as the technical lead in project management
  • Design and maintain efficient requirements and product risk management processes
  • Implement system architecture and requirements throughout product development and lifetime
  • Train and moderate requirements, risk management sessions, and design reviews
  • Collaborate effectively with key contacts, internal and external parties
  • Ensure compliance with QSR and ISO regulations
  • Coordinate with internal/ external stakeholders in a cross-functional team
  • Maintain accurate documentation at all times
  • Plan and report project activities efficiently

Leadership Profile:

  • Relentlessly positive approach and 'can do' attitude
  • Excellent communicator, approachable, patient, enthusiastic, and able to motivate staff
  • Able to influence, persuade, organized, methodical with strong people skills

Education and Knowledge profile:

  • Bachelor's and master's degree in medical technology, engineering, sciences or similar
  • Experience in system architecture, requirements, and risk management for Medical Devices
  • Experience with active medical devices and regulated product development
  • Experience in developing active medical devices and knowledge of FDA/ MDR regulations and standards
  • Fluent English
