Your main functions would be:

  • Support the Strategic Planning & Analytics needs to lead the transformation towards becoming a datadriven company
  • Set a vision for how data will support business goals
  • Define data architecture and platforms along with the IT department
  • Define a high performing data and analytics operational model
  • Design a collaborative analytics structure considering both centralized organization and roles embedded into the business units
  • Build data capability and integrate data into the business in a crossfunctional way
  • Design and implement a reporting Dashboards for data visualization that supports decision making

How do we imagine you?
Education and Experience

  • Bring experience on having led a data and analytics transformation project in a multinational company
  • 5+ years of experience in a digital analytics area with at least 3 years in a similar role, managing a team of Data Analysts/Data Engineers
  • Direct experience in consumer digital businesses
  • Direct experience in building high level measurement frameworks and defining and executing data strategy for a consumer digital business
  • Deep understanding of digital data collection process and tools such as Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Amplitude or other product/digital analytics tools
  • Good understanding of statistics, descriptive, predictive and prescriptive analytics. Machine learning, Artificial Intelligence and Predictive Analytics
  • Strong knowledge in Google Analytics, SQL, Excel, MicroStrategy or any BI tool.
  • Data Visualization tools understanding
  • Design and implementation of Dashboards for data visualization and support datadriven decision making
