Setting, communicating and maintaining timelines and priorities on every project. Team management: coordinate, manage and motivate the team. Organize daily meetings to analyze team's workloads and assign projects according to availability. Budget management: ensure that the project is within the client's budget and analyze the profitability of it Negotiate with strategic suppliers and partners and ensure the best quality of services. Develop creative and unique concepts that align with customer needs. Ensure that objectives and processes are aligned with the overall goals of the company. Background Skills: Bachelor's degree in Events Management, Marketing, Business, Public Relations, or related field. Over 7 years' experience in a similar role. Solid experience in international events, all over the world, managing customers from different nationalities. Proven track record of leading, managing, and empowering teams. Excellent communication skills both in English and Spanish. An extra language will be a plus. Flexibility to adapt to changing needs and requirements. Active participation in company activities Proactive professional with a positive attitude and strong problem-solving skills.
